Products we decline
We do not quote every molecule that can be synthesised. Some are refused outright, some are reviewed before we answer, and the basis for each is below.
Refused
- Molecules under live innovator patent protection in your target market
- Controlled or scheduled substances in any market we would supply
- Molecules on the FDA's compounding safety-risk tables
- Anything intended for administration to a person
- Anything a customer intends to sell as a drug without approval
Reviewed before we answer
- Molecules with an approved product analogue in the target market
- Molecules with a substantial consumer market outside research use
- Anything where the intended channel and the intended label do not agree
- Anything we have not sourced before, where method development is needed
How to find out
The exclusion list is not published in full, because a list of what we refuse is also a list of what we do not, and that is a quote conversation rather than a public page. Name the product and the target market in a quote request and we will tell you after reviewing your request.
