What it is for
Certificate of analysis
The laboratory's measured result against the agreed specification, issued before the goods move.
Batch record
The partner's manufacturing record for the batch, including the specification version it was released against.
Origin statement
Where the material was made, in the form your broker needs for entry.
Approved artwork version
The exact label version recorded against the batch, so a later change is visible as a change.
Quality agreement
The document flowing the partner's obligations through to you. Its absence is a red flag with any supplier.
Export documentation pack
The commercial invoice, packing list and supporting documents your customs broker needs to file the entry.
Who files the entry
You do. You are the importer of record, your broker files the entry, and duty and classification are yours. We supply the documentation that entry needs, and we guarantee the consignment reaches you. We do not act as importer of record on your behalf.
A pack that survives being forwarded
Your own customer will eventually run diligence on you. The documentation pack is built so you can forward it without editing it, and without it revealing a commercial term you would rather keep.
