How a program runs

Program brief.

Same day

1

You submit the compound, presentation, quantity, target market, sales channel and intended label.

Qualification and screen.

2-4 days

2

Three checks: the compound against our exclusion list, the label against our label policy, and your entity, market and channel. Any one of the three stops the program, and a decline is given in writing with the reason.

Feasibility and quote.

5-10 days

3

Partner selection, the specification agreed in writing, testing scope priced, program fee and per-unit price, lead time and shipping terms.

Agreements.

1-3 weeks

4

Supply agreement, quality agreement, and artwork approval recorded against the program. No production order is placed before artwork is approved.

Production.

6-12 weeks

5

Purchase order to the qualified partner. Synthesis, fill, label to your approved artwork, and batch documentation collected.

Verification.

2-4 weeks

6

Samples drawn and sealed at the partner's site and sent directly to the laboratory. The certificate reaches you before the goods move, and you may reject the batch at that point.

Shipment and entry.

1-3 weeks

7

Title and risk pass at origin under the Incoterm named on your quote. We ship with the export documentation pack, and your broker clears entry with you as importer of record. The consignment is guaranteed.

Ongoing supply.

-

8

Repeat batches against the same specification and the approved artwork. Any artwork change reopens the approval gate.

These are the service levels we are building to. SpecZure is new and has no delivery record to publish yet.

Where a program stops

At the screen

Three checks run on every request: the compound against our exclusion list, the label against our label policy, and your company, market and channel. Any one of the three ends it, and we tell you which and why.

At artwork approval

No production order is placed until the artwork is approved. A label we cannot approve stops the program at the last point where stopping is cheap.

At the certificate

The result reaches you before the goods move. If the batch does not conform to the agreed specification, you reject it, and it is replaced at no material cost to you.
