Title and risk passing at origin, under the Incoterm named on the quote
That the customer is the importer of record
The basis of supply: we report the laboratory result and do not warrant a third party's material against limits we did not set
Conformity to the agreed specification, and what happens when a batch does not conform
The shipment guarantee, its remedy, and its limit
Deposits, invoicing, and when the balance falls due
Label approval as a condition of production
Permitted markets, resale conditions, and the right to terminate on breach
