White label

Filled and labeled at source, to artwork you approved, carrying your brand and not ours. One contract, one invoice, and one party accountable for the batch.

What arrives

  • Finished product in the presentation agreed at feasibility
  • Labeled to the artwork version recorded against your program
  • A certificate of analysis from an independent laboratory
  • The batch record
  • An origin statement
  • The export documentation pack your broker needs for entry

What we control, and what that costs you

We review the artwork before it is printed

No production order is placed until artwork is approved, and a change to artwork reopens the approval.

Costs you: time at the front of the program, and some words you wanted to use.

The certificate reaches you before the goods move

Samples are drawn and sealed at the partner's site and sent directly to the laboratory. You may reject the batch on the result.

Costs you: weeks of lead time. Nothing ships from stock, because we hold none.

We take title at origin

You deal with one counterparty rather than four, and one invoice rather than four.

Costs you: nothing directly, but you remain the importer of record and your broker files the entry.

The catalog is illustrative

What arrives is produced to your artwork, in the presentation agreed at feasibility, not to what a catalog entry pictured.

The label is the control that matters

A label is a physical object carrying your brand on product we sourced, verified and supplied. If it carries a dose, a route of administration or a therapeutic claim, no supply agreement clause and no policy page repairs that afterwards. We publish exactly what we approve, escalate and decline, so you can hold your intended artwork against it before you contact us.
